Löyly Sauna

Tallaght, Co. Dublin

Löyly is a small Finnish-style sauna inside House of Padel on the Old Belgard Road in Tallaght. It opened in 2025 and uses a traditional kiuas stove, the kind you throw water on to make a burst of steam, which is where the name comes from.

About Löyly Sauna

Because it shares a home with the padel courts, it's an easy add-on before or after a game, and it keeps long hours, from early morning until 11pm every day. It's still new, so there isn't much in the way of reviews yet, but early visitors describe it as small, new and easy to use.

Good to know

  • It's inside House of Padel, so look for the padel club rather than a standalone sauna.
  • Open late, until 11pm every day.
  • Prices aren't published on their website. You'll see them when you book.
  • We couldn't confirm a cold plunge, so check before you go if that matters to you.
