You can do a self-guided open session, moving between heat, plunge and rest at your own pace, or join a 75-minute guided session. 'Heat and Beat' runs 15-minute heat waves with essential-oil steam and upbeat music, while 'Deep Reset' is slower and calmer. Memberships, session packs and student deals are available.
