About HYLO Sauna & Ice Baths

It's one of the cheaper ways to do contrast therapy in Cork. When we checked, a 30-minute session cost €12 and a full hour was €20. Evening sessions run on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, with longer opening at the weekend, so it suits a visit after work or after training.

It isn't a sea sauna. The cold here comes from plunge pools rather than Cork Harbour, which means the water is reliably cold whatever the tide or season.
