About The Barrel Sauna – Dundrum

What sets it apart is the range of sessions. As well as standard social sessions, there are silent sessions, early-morning commuter sessions, longer 75-minute 'slower burn' sessions, family-friendly slots, yoga and even a book club, plus textile-free sessions for those who want them.

It's also good value. When we checked, a 45-minute seat cost from €10.30 off-peak to €16.25 at peak times, and a 75-minute session was €20.30. It's one of three Barrel Sauna sites, alongside Tallaght and Greystones.
