The Hot Box at Boland's Mills is an indoor city sauna in the regenerated mill buildings on Barrow Street, at Grand Canal Dock. Unlike most Irish saunas it's fully indoors, so you don't need robes or warm layers. There are plunge pools at different temperatures, hot showers and proper changing rooms.

About The Hot Box Sauna – Bolands Mills

Its signature is the guided sauna ritual: a sauna master leads an 'aufguss', pouring water on the stones and wafting the heat around the room with a towel, often with scents. It's the closest thing in Dublin to a continental sauna experience.
