About The Sea Sauna

There's a choice of saunas: a classic barrel, a roomier box and a smaller 'snug' with the best of the view, all heated by wood. Between rounds you can use the cold plunge barrels and showers, or walk down for a dip in the sea at Tower Bay.

Every session is shared and strictly for over-18s. When we checked, a 60-minute seat cost €19.95 and a 45-minute session in the snug was €15.95. Private bookings are possible too. It's open every day, from late afternoon on weekdays and from early morning at the weekend.
