Béal Geal is a beach sauna and coffee dock run by Splashsports, the watersports centre at Sandy Bay in Castlegregory. The sauna looks out over Tralee Bay, and you cool off in the sea a few steps away, under the fresh-water shower outside, or, if you're brave, by jumping off the pier.
