Treehouse Sauna is in the grounds of Liffey Vale Nurseries at Osberstown, a few minutes outside Naas and one minute from junction 10 of the M7. Its custom-built saunas each take ten people and run hot, between 95 and 105 degrees, with views over the River Liffey.

About Treehouse Sauna
The cold side is plunge pools rather than open water: concrete plunges at about 10 degrees, and a stainless steel one at about 5 degrees for anyone who wants it properly cold. There is a riverside hot tub as well. Every session is 50 minutes and cost €15 when we checked.
Good to know
- Book online. Social sessions run seven days a week; silent sessions run on Monday, Thursday and Friday daytimes.
- There are women-only sessions too, at the same price.
- The cold plunges are pools on site, not the river.
