About The Hot Pod – Dungarvan

The Hot Pod is run by Ed and Dee Flavin, with saunas at Clonea near Dungarvan, Kilmurrin Cove on the Copper Coast, and Lawlor's Beach in Dunmore East. A 30-minute session costs €10. Shared sessions seat up to eight (16+ only), and they also bring the sauna to weddings, festivals and corporate events.
